Our Commitment to You

Multi Brokers is committed to resolving any complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service or advice, we encourage you to bring it to our attention immediately.

Step 1 — Contact Us Directly

In the first instance, please contact your adviser directly:

Step 2 — Formal Complaint

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days, you may submit a formal written complaint to our compliance function. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to resolve all formal complaints within 15 business days.

Step 3 — FAIS Ombud

If your complaint remains unresolved after our internal process, you may escalate it to the FAIS Ombud:
