Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
Multi Brokers processes your personal information as a Responsible Party under POPIA (Act 4 of 2013). This notice informs you of how your data is processed and your rights as a Data Subject.
Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your personal information on the following lawful bases: performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations (FAIS, FICA), and your explicit consent where required.
Retention
We retain client records for a minimum of 5 years as required by the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) and related legislation.
Third-Party Sharing
We share your information only with product providers, insurers, and our DFM partner (IF Capital) as necessary to provide our services. We do not sell your personal data.
